Our AI technology was developed over a period of 13 years and its capabilities are extensive. Since the core “Brain” was built as a larger R&D mission in artificial general intelligence, the infrastructure, assumptions, and framework are completely unlike any other IVR. It was built with a large vocabulary and array of built-in skills and knowledge; furthermore, the system can learn, flexibly adapt, and execute numerous high-level applications.
One of the key functionalities of the AI engine is its memory, both short and long-term. Short-term memory means that the system can keep track of conversation flow, using context to interpret caller intentions; long-term memory means that IVA can recognize callers and recall facts from previous conversations, providing a personalized and effortless customer experience.
As part of extensive and continuous R&D, the AI “Brain” is constantly improving. Our experienced software engineers upgrade the engine on a regular release schedule to increase call capabilities, allow more complex conversations, and expand other core skills. Just as a rising tide lifts all boats, as the “Brain” improves, it does so across all applications.
